This tut was written for those with a basic knowledge of psp
Supplies Needed
I used PSP9 ...but any of them should work.
PTU Scrap kit " Easter Garden " by Freeks Creations
You can buy it HERE:
PTU Tube from Verymany called "Bunny 2"

Trese Masks 0564 which you can grab HERE:
~Filters~
None
~Drop Shadow~
2-2-40-8-Black
Be sure to D/S all elements along the way
~Font of Choice~
So let's get started
1. Open new Image 850 x 850
2. Open paper 1 and resize to 850 x 850
Open your mask in psp -Layers -new mask layer- from image - select your mask - check invert mask data -select ok - now merge the group
3. Open the tree - resize 417 x 500 - copy and paste - layers - duplicate - mirror image. Place them on each side of you tag. As always you can use my tag as a guide.
4. Open the grass - copy and paste - layers - duplicate- mirror image
Place them toward the bottom of the tag
5. Open the brush - copy and paste - layers - duplicate - mirror image
Place just below the grass
6. Open Frame 2 - copy and paste - using magic wand click the center of
the frame - selections - modify - expand by 30 - open paper 8 - copy and paste as new layer - selections - invert - delete
now slide the paper layer below your frame
7. Open the bubble - Copy and paste between the paper and frame layers
Adjust the opacity to 80% on the bubble
8. Open the splatter - copy and paste to the canvas - adjust to your liking
9. Open Dandelion Fluff - copy and paste to canvas - Layer - duplicate - Mirror image place to each side of your tag.
10. Open flower 3 - resize to 73 x 400 - copy and paste to canvas - layer - duplicate - mirror image - Place on each side of the frame toward the center. You can use my tag as a guide
11. Open Basket - Resize to 200 x 194 - Copy and paste to canvas - Place to the right side of your tag.
12. Open dragonfly - resize to 192 x 250 - copy and paste to canvas - Place to the left side of your tag.
13. Open grass 2 - copy and paste to canvas - place to the left of your tag
14. Open vase - resize to 418 x 300 - copy and paste to your canvas - Place to the left of your tag in front of the dragonfly
15. Open bunny 2 - resize to 300 x 217 - copy and paste to your canvas - place to the right side of your tag in front of the basket
16. Open fly - resize to 200 x220 - copy and paste to your canvas - place to the right above the basket. I placed mine so it looks like it's sitting on the egg from the frame.
17. Open Sparkles - copy and paste to your canvas . I centered it on my tag
18. Time to place your tube!! If using the same tube I resized her to 700 height - copied and pasted her to the canvas and centered her.
19. Make any adjustments you'd like to your tag. Be sure to Drop shadow all your elements! Then merge all visible layers. Resize your tag to your liking and add copyright info. Save your tag as png. and your done!

3-3-50-8-Black
~Font of Choice~
C/P means Copy and Paste
So let's start
1. New Image 900 x 900 Transparent checked
2. Frame 4 resized by 50% C/P to canvas - Layer - Duplicate - image - mirror
Center both to the center of the canvas edges touching - Merge down - Drop shadow layer
Magic wand click center of merged frame - Selections - Modify - Expand
by 5 - C/P paper 6 as a new layer - Selections - invert - delete - select
none - move paper layer below frame
3. Frame 1 Resized by 50% C/P - Layer - Duplicate - Image Mirror
Center them to frame 4 edges touching and merge them down
Drop shadow layer
4. Element 36 C/P move below your frames and adjust to you liking
Drop shadow See my tag for referance
5. Element 40 C/P move below your frames and element 36
Drop shadow See my tag for placement
6. Element 44 C/P move below all your layers and reduce opacity to 80%
7. Element 37 C/P place on top of your frames toward the bottom - Drop shadow
8. Element 77 resized by 40% C/P - Layer - Duplicate - Image - Mirror
Drop shadow - Move to each side of the frame
9. Element 62 resized by 50% C/P - Layer - Duplicate - Image - Mirror
Place on each side of frame on top of element 77 Drop shadow - adjust to your liking
10. Element 5 resized by 30% C/P move to right side of the frame - Drop shadow
11. Element 8 resized by 30% move to left side of the frame - Drop shadow
12. Element 76 resized by 50% C/P - Layer - Duplicate - Image - Mirror
Place on both ends of frame and elements - Drop shadow
13. Element 6 C/P place element right in the center of your tag - Drop shadow
14. Element 78 Resized by 30% C/P Place to the left side of your tag - Drop shadow
15. Element 79 Resized by 30% C/P Place to the right side of your tag - Drop shadow
16. Element 73 Resized by 30% C/P - Layer - Duplicate - Image - Mirror
Drop shadow - Place toward the top of your tag to you liking or use my tag as a guide
17. C/P paper 11 Arrange to the bottom layer
Layer - Mask layer - From image - select mask LLM_Val - Merge Group
Make any adjustments you'd like to your tag then merge visible
Resize your tag to your liking and add copyright info
Save your tag as png. and your done!

So let's start
(1) New Image 850 x 850 Transparent checked
(2) Copy and paste element 117 to canvas - Drop shadow
(3) Magic wand center of element 117 - modify - expand by 15
copy and paste paper 13 as new layer - invert - delete - select none
Reduce Opacity to 60%
Move below element 117
(4) We are going to place our tube next
if using the tube I used resize to 750 x 800
Centered and drop shadow with the settings I gave you
(5) element 108 resize by 75% copy and paste place to the right of the frame(ele117)
(6) element 110 Resize to 94% copy and paste move to the
right corner
(7) element 16 resized 71% copy and paste move to the right
(8) element 12 resized 62% copy and paste Place to the left
of element 16
(9) element 52 resized 35% copy and paste
place behind element 16 to the right
(10) element 51 resized 19% copy and paste place in front of element 16
(11) element 53 resized 50% copy and paste place in front of element 12
(12) element 58 resize 29% copy and paste Place on top of elements 16
Image and mirror element
(13) Element 6 resized 31% copy and paste in front of elements 52
(14) Click on Raster 1 copy and paste paper 1 we are going to add our mask
Layer ~ new mask layer ~ from image ~ select Vix-St.Pats 2013-2 Merge group
(15) Adjust all your elements to your liking - Merge visiable - Reszie to your
liking - Copyright - Save
